The Doctor of Ministry in Marriage and Family Studies is designed for ministry leaders and clinicians who feel called to bring healing, hope, and restoration to individuals, couples, and families. What You'll Need to Prepare

Before completing the form below, gather the following materials:

  • Introduction Video (3–5 minutes) — introduce yourself, your ministry role, your sense of calling, and what you hope to gain from the program. Upload directly or submit a shareable link (YouTube, Vimeo, or Google Drive).
  • Reference Letters — 1 pastoral reference and 2 additional letters attesting to your readiness for advanced ministry and alignment with Asher’s mission.
  • Writing Sample / Personal Essay — 750–1,000 words in APA format covering your personal testimony, spiritual formation, and how this D.Min. will strengthen your calling. Submit as a PDF or Word document.
  • Unofficial Transcripts — from your most recent college or university, saved as a PDF or image file.
  • Application Form — download the file to complete

Complete Your Application

Once you have reviewed the packet and gathered your materials, complete the form below. You’ll submit your contact information, pay the non-refundable $75 application fee, and optionally upload your completed application packet if you have it ready.

After submitting, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to the Application Packet for your reference. Our admissions team will carefully review your materials, and if your application is selected to move forward, a member of our team will be in touch. Applicants may be contacted for a formal interview.
